Event organized face-to-face, outdoors.

Location: Less than 45 minutes from Paris, between Dreux and Cherisy (in Eure-et-Loir), the exact address will be sent to you after your registration for security reasons.

Recommended attire: Casual –

Provide flat or compensated shoes, ladies.

Depending on the weather, provide seasonal vest and raincoat. The place has a superb swimming pool too, if you wanted to benefit from it just like three years ago when we were suffering from the heat wave, do not hesitate to come with your bathing suit, a bath towel, sunscreen, cap/hat.

The meals will be held outside, in the sun or under a tent.

Access :
Less than 45 minutes by car from Porte Maillot by car.
By train: from Montparnasse station – Houdan or Dreux stop. From there, by taxi, it takes 10 minutes.
For security reasons, you will receive the exact address and the access plan when you register. Thank you for your understanding.

You are not transported?

A minibus for 16 people will be available with a departure from Paris (Trocadero) in the direction of Mézières en Drouais (Eure et Loir, in the Centre-Val de Loire region), on the condition that you reserve your place by indicating this to us when you submit your reservation.

The price includes lunch, artists’ exhibition, mini-concerts, raffle, snack.

Only the payment serves as registration. You will receive your confirmation as well as your paid invoice a few days before. We remain at your disposal for any request.

With a fairly heavy organization, be aware that any cancellation not canceled one week in advance will be counted as due. We thank you for your understanding and hope to welcome you to this exceptional event.

No payment can be made on site.
